This is the go to camera for recording things like construction projects. It uses AA batteries which are readily available anywhere. I buy these for employees to use in the field to record projects and they never have to worry about plugging it in to a charger when they get home. The camera is pretty user friendly as I'm sure most of the guys didn't spend a lot of time reading the manual.
